Everyone that works here is great. Nearly everyone is friendly and helpful and most engineers are incredibly talented. You will be given a lot of freedom to work the way you want and learn the skills you want.
Cons
With freedom comes responsibility and a lack of structure. Be prepared to organize yourself and keep yourself accountable for meeting deadlines. Also vacation time is really poor and compensation is weak
