      A textbook "Lala company" where professionalism is often missing. No real work-life balance. Personal time is treated as company property. Employees are expected to be available beyond working hours without regard for boundaries. Management lacks basic understanding of how to treat and retain employees. Micromanagement is common, while appreciation is rare. Policies seem flexible depending on who is affected by them. Employee concerns are often ignored until they become serious problems. Transparency is almost non-existent when it comes to important decisions. Fear and pressure appear to be preferred management tools over leadership and trust.
