Pros
There is great camaraderie among the team, people work well together, you never feel like you have to tackle anything alone and there have been a lot of changes but input is always requested to make the work easier for technicians rather than adding bureaucracy.
Cons
I mean, we're all human, nothing always goes perfect, IT can be stressful, especially when dealing with new issues, sometimes changes made don't work out well but you have to give it a try at least, that's how processes work, but it can make things difficult on the short term though it gets adjusted and works out in the long term. Trial and error.

Pros
Very flexible with vacation time and the pay is very good. We get to work from home 90% of the time.
Cons
Because it is a smaller company the benefits are more expensive than a larger corporation.
