It's a merry go round of upper level management and they just don't seem to get it. They hire new C levels every few months and none of them know the day to day business. They are extremely disconnected from the rest of the staff. Losing all of there best employees as times go on. No promotions or pay equalization for them. The last few good leaders are on their way out which is such a shame. Management needs to stop talking about all the big companies they came from and start to learn about the one they are in.
