    Good support from management, flexible hours, great team mates, recognize a job well done, encourage to participate

    Cons

    Uncertainty due to constant restructure since the merger with Revera, and now Leaven. Decisions are not transparent.

    Pay is ok, Benefits are average

    Cons

    Since the merger between Revera and CCL its all gone down hill and progressively gets worse, most of the talent has left so hard to get any meaningful assistance to resolves client issues from any of the other internal teams and the culture is terrible. Most of the Mgt team have left since the merger and now is being moved to Spark so restructures galore upcoming

    Pros

    great team, interesting work and lots of learning

    Cons

    Projects are very small in scope (think weeks not months), so you'd be expected to run a few of those concurrently. Context switching is a killer.

    Pros

    Some of the staff members (including some peers) are talented

    Cons

    Awful culture. Nastiest and bullying manager I have ever worked with. You question their atrocities and you get bullied instantly. Such an immature and unprofessional environment. Totally top-down authority. Even in Pandemic period, they expect you to come to office for no reason. No respect for hardworking people. Pay is poor and despite that need to work overtime. No recognition for hard-work. And there is a great respect for people who are clock watchers and who escapes from work. So, the burden comes on others automatically. Escalating issues to Managers or HR is a sheer waste of time. High attrition and skilled people left and are still leaving.

    Pros

    Flexible working environment Great work colleagues Nice office environment Supportive line managers

    Cons

    Poor pay that is significantly under market with salary freezes Owned by Spark so the old culture and ways of working which made CCL successful and a great place to work is getting eroded and replaced by the Spark corporate model. Constant staff restructures which is leading to instability, low morale and a load of quality staff leaving to go to other companies Hiring freezes in some areas of the business which is causing staff to become burnt-out and look for other jobs or leave Upper management appear to not be seriously looking at retaining staff and it seems the exodus of staff leaving will continue
