      Not awfully hard work. You do as you told.

      Cons

      where do i start? Decision are made behind closed doors with no transparency. Inconsistent policies creating confusion and resentment. Compensation are benefits are promised but rarely delivered. Some employees get away with bad behavior while others are scrutinized.
