Pros

Salesforce projects. There is a good variety of them that provide ample learning, if and only if your project manager let's you learn Location : it's really close to green park, really easily accessible via public transport.

Cons

Work culture : there is none, do as told and exceed the expectations without knowing them and don't ask for any perk or bonus or recognition Managers: : they expect you to develop a search engine like Google with no tools and resources, if you need something you are expected to be creative and find a way around and that too maybe in a couple of hours time. Furniture: those little plastic chairs and benches we used to sit on in school were more comfortable than the furniture provided here. And, if you would like to complain, then the management says that problem is with you as everything here has been designed to best possible. And mind you, AC and water purifier don't work when you need them most and don't get me started with the washroom situation here, it's almost like there aren't any. Washroom: We have to use public washrooms which are shared with the whole complex and there really are huge waiting queues. Salary: on papers you earn a lot. Seriously, but the agreement is designed in a way that you are not going to get any of it. And pay slips are so pathetic that no credit card company is willing to provide you a card on that basis. CEO: all he does the whole day is send out discouraging emails to the whole of Compro attaching the whole attendance sheet highlighting people who came late and spent less than 9 hours in office. And clearly tells that he measures your performance in the hours you spend in office. Leaves: there aren't any. Yes you don't get any paid leaves. You are actually paid for the days you work, more like for the hours you work, so if Diwali is on Monday this year, you are gonna lose your salary for that day. Good luck. Hr policies : there aren't any Work from home: good luck doing that. As we work on old school desktops, so working from home with these nagging managers. First of all you won't get one, even if you do, you will question yourself why. Space: there isn't any, I am 6ft and I can't stand up straight, and thanks to the furniture I can't sit well either, and thanks to the managers I can't even take proper breaks.

Pros

1. Learning is good in initial years but if you are stuck in project with content development its very bad. 2. Friendly politics free atmosphere for less experienced people. 3. Salary used to be good but now it has been competitive with respect to the market so too many people left the company in a year. 4. Bi-annual increments are there. 5. Finally they started wishing people on their birthdays(as I have heard).

Cons

1. No infrastructure. The company has been running using multiple shops from DDA market. 2. Washrooms are public. You need to wait in queue if you are a girl. And water not being available is a common problem. 3. Company buys good drinking water however in order to save time, office boys fills the bottle with tap water which stinks(I have seen myself). So be careful while drinking. 5. Chairs are pathetic, they still use wooden chairs. In case you raise a voice you will be asked to exercise and consult a doctor. They just don't understand that people need to sit 9 hours a day and it is very difficult to work for nine hours with such rigid chairs. 6. Pathetic timing policy. To get complete day salary you have to sit in office for 8hours 45 min no matter you have work or not. Also CEO expects you to sit more than 9 hours daily. He just don't care for your personal life and want you to sit in office even if you have work or not. So If you want to live as per company/CEO expectation forget your personal life. 7. Salary comes on 5th working day which becomes 7-8th of a month. So be careful when you plan your EMIs or maid salary. When the month is of increment they release salary by 13-14th of month specifying they need to finalize the increment. If they knew they have to give increment why not plan ahead. 8. Too Noisy environment. Seats are very close and people just don't have etiquettes to move to conference room for longer discussion.

Pros

Apart from salary and increments there is nothing good about the company.

Cons

1. No infra. 2. No HR policy. 3. No leave policy. 4. Employees are treated as slaves. 5. Senior management don't have manners to talk to their junior. 6. Instead of encouraging employees they find a way to demotivate them. 7. When you are leaving the company they try to show that they have given you this job despite a few issues and still you are leaving this company. 8. No learning graph, it never kicks in.
