Company does not pay salaries that are consistent with those of other companies in the same field. Pay too low.

Pros
Tuition paid for undergraduate courses in advance after one year with the company.
Cons
Pay is too low. Somewhat unhealthy work conditions. Employees that are hired through contracts with agencies wait forever to be hired permanently and sometimes it never happens.

Lots of vacation, personal, and sick time. Closed with pay the week of Christmas.
Cons
Huge disconnect between shop floor and management. Constant battle between shifts.
