      Pros

      The new owner of this company has made a huge difference. Employees are appreciated and respected. The work environment is like being in a family with trust and support. Great place to work!

      Working in the HOA industry can be stressful at times. Thankfully, the support of coworkers and upper management is a big help.

      Company growth, job growth, competitive wages, excellent benefits. I have made life long friends and connections here.

      long commute, current office is all the way across town from me. outgrown office space, soon to be corrected we hope.

      Pros

      I have been a community manager for 10 years and have worked previously with three different management Companies. I can say that CAMCO is unique in providing us with the support needed and being open minded with meeting the needs of the employees. There is definitely room for advancement as we are growing so fast. With the new flexible schedule and having a young toddler at home, it helps me keep a strong work/life balance. I am pleased to have found a new home and plan to stay here for a while.

      Cons

      We have outgrown our current building, but hope that soon we can move into a new home that will meet the needs of our staff and clients.
