      Nothing ever changes. The website still looks the same. I'm not sure what they are doing moving forward.

      There is no pro at working there.

      Cons

      Disorganized in the office. Management micromanage that don't known what they are doing. People don't care and they blame you for their failure. They will fire you for their failure.
