Pros
1. High incentives, if you are willing to work hard 2. Cool colleagues 3. 3 shifts you can choose whichever you like. 4. Very clean nd no dress code. 5.for freshers nd for guys who had completed 12th nd have no college degree it's awesome 6. Profit sharing
Cons
1. If your performance is low, there is not much scope to earn the basic is 12000 INR only plus 6 days working. 2. You will hardly get any leaves. 3.No job security for freshers. They can fire you anytime depending on your performance though. 4. Target based job, sometimes it's hard to achieve that nd team leader might ask you to do overtime if target is not achieved .
