It's not about simply filling apartments or increasing occupancy numbers; it's about providing the best possible care and creating meaningful relationships with residents and their families. The focus has always been on doing what's right, even when it's the harder path. I started with Compass almost six years ago, and I've had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Throughout that time, I've felt supported, encouraged, and trusted to do my job.
