Thank you for your six years’ service 😊 It’s a shame you felt that there was a lack of development opportunity as there really is opportunity for everyone to progress with us. We have been awarded ‘Gold Standard’ Investors in people due to the importance we place on development across all areas of the business and 40% of the team achieved promotion last year. Our recent investment means that as the business continues to grow there will be even more opportunities for people to grow and develop with us and we are excited to be able to offer these opportunities to the team.
