Pros
Some of the staff are very friendly, however, be careful, as many are wolves in sheep’s clothing!
Cons
Poor employee care, no confidentiality whatsoever, low pay, with promises which are not kept. Very old fashioned management styles, across the board. An expectation to work extra hours, and a workload which is unreasonably high. As a result, there is a negative atmosphere in the offices, and an extremely high turnover of staff. Accept a job here at your peril!
