Then it will affect you kpi -IT staffs are treated as outsource or vendor because we are the only team need to submit timesheet -No trust to IT team -When there is issue, rather than solving the problem , the focus on who to blame first -No proper code management -No proper planning. everything is changed at last minute -You are assigned with tasks that is not in your JD, Not in your expertise but you are expected to finish that task fast -You are not involved in the meeting but when there are no enough resources you are dragged in suddenly without proper information -You work is not recognized at all. -IT team is never given credit at townhall

- Lack of proper sync ups between business units - Lack of adherence to the SDLC when other BUs want to request for change - Micromanagement within the tech department
