Pros

No free breakfast but free snacks when in the UK office Nice friendly collegues Can WFH sometimes with enough notice

Cons

Micro-management across all teams you will not be trusted to the job so they hire & watch you . Someone is always watching Pointless ways of doing things Low salary , HR (CEO’s mum) paid later in the day on paydays High turnover in my last year due to unhappy staff 1 or 2 review here isn’t legitimate Management make up their own rules know your employment rights

Pros

I can speak well of the founder. It seems he’s genuinely concerned for his employees and could potentially provide more oversight and truly direct this company in the right direction.

Cons

Some employed senior individuals are absent for months at a time and return to work like nothing ever happened and return with a domineering and threatening attitude. Another conflict of interest is perhaps when major operations are delegated to direct family members of the founder’s family.

I%E2%80%99m saddened that you%E2%80%99ve left this review as I strive to have everyone that works at Commusoft enjoy their jobs and look forward to Monday mornings.As a company, we care about our team, supporting them both at work and in life. This means on occasion giving people the flexibility to take time off if required. Ultimately I believe in compassion towards people and understand that sometimes life outside of work, and family takes priority. Pros

Horizontal management style, where everyone feels empowered to come up with ideas and discuss a variety of topics, ask questions, etc. Was made to feel like an essential part of the team from day 1. My feedback has always been taken into account and my tasks have evolved according to my wishes. Great communication both with management and with teammates. Excellent hardware offered and beautiful office space, with breakfast, coffee & snacks throughout the day. Gym membership contribution available. Everyone's birthday is remembered and celebrates with cakes. I'm not expected to answer emails outside of work hours.

Cons

Flexible working is available upon request but it's not a permanent feature of the job profile.
