Always issues with payroll being late or not following through on sending payments as promised and there is no accountability whatsoever Uses “we’re a startup” as an excuse for everything including shady treatment of employees Hired part timers/new full timers and within two weeks said never mind and laid off about 40-50% of employees and put a freeze on the new hires Constantly changing strategies before addressing and listening to feedback on improving current ones No business skills and no organization when it comes to training new hires Lots of unkept verbal promises Leadership really has no idea how the day to day is for those keeping the company running The platform both website and app need a lot of work Unrealistic expectations

After 3 weeks of training, some 15 newly hired sales reps were let go in March of 2022. All of us quit good paying jobs to come work with CW only to have the rug pulled out from underneath us at the starting gate. This is a result of poor forecasting and planning by the board and CEO.
