Pros
Decent benefits and somewhat flexible hours, great at training young coaches who want to get into coaching. No other club in the country is as well structured for young coaches as CRI.
Cons
Not sustainable for the long term. No clear vision on how to keep up with the rising cost of living in Boston, and the health care plan is sub-optimal. To maintain a low rent apartment, a coach will often work before sunrise until after sunset - coach burnout is common.
