      Pros

      Coworkers and the immediate team I work with are great, with clinicians who are doing the best work they can despite burnout.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, poor communication within agency, high caseloads, threshold for monetary incentives are mostly unachievable, no OT available for behavioral health providers. No longer provides gender affirming medical care for minors despite legally being allowed to.

      - Welcoming environment and fun coworkers -Good culture and values - Good work and life environment -CEO is hands-on and very supportive/encouraging -Most staff is passionate about their work

      - Low salary and low opportunity to grow - Barely had any events for employees - Stressful environment if you are dealing directly with patients - Some employees lack confidence and don't do what they are supposed to do
