promotion of psychological bullying tactics, the HR office is used as a form of the principals office repeatedly, each person is trained differently making errors on claims easy to find and target, supervision promotes blame on other management and sections within instead of working together,

Good benefits compared to other companies.

Cons

No room for advancement. I felt stuck in this position. I applied with several different departments within the company but was never called for an interview.
