      Decent coworkers, good amount of PTO & paid holidays

      lack of proper systems and equipment to do the job, wage increases are miniscule. Company chooses to spend money elsewhere rather than investing in tools and employees

      It’s a job. You earn money.

      Cons

      Lack of respect from management and other collectors. Pay raises are not fair across the board. Management is terrible. Mandate overtime for collectors. No Christmas presents like prior years!!
