      - Generous PTO - 401K Match - Decent Pay - Colleagues in the branches - Plenty of completely MADE UP positions, so plenty of room for internal growth

      - Petty Drama/Toxic Environment - Drain your energy 24/7 - “Work/Life Balance” - Dedicated Employees will Finish Dead Last - Making up positions nobody has heard of - Burnout - Micromanaging to the infinite degree - Social Gatherings you must go to or expect to be demoted shortly after - Forced happiness & Huzzah! moments - Change for the sake of change - Expectations that result in you job hunting
