      Pros

      Supportive of home life, fair pay and reimbursement, supportive and respectful management, great communication and positive work environment. The team I work with, management included, truly is the unicorn in my life. I was able to integrate into the team seamlessly and have been supported every single step of the way. They support me as a parent and when I need time off for my kids activities, there is ZERO hesitation. I have been in this field for over 10 years and for the first time, I can truly say that I don't see myself going anywhere.
