My personal thoughts based on my time here:
I feel there is inexperienced management/executives that may be lacking in checks & balances especially because when I worked there, there was no human resources (third party HR was not really that involved with employees). To their credit, they're trying to get internal HR going. I felt management (executives) had micromanagent tendencies and I didn't feel empowered as an employee.
Benefits: They don't match your 401k for the first year. PTO is not that great.
CEO/President seems to always have something going on and would oftentimes show up late to meetings.
