Pros
Family atmosphere, not micromanaged. Promoted a sense of unity for the benefit of the company first and employee second. Saw some given a sense of job security until it wasn't beneficial to secure it any longer.
Cons
direction or intention of company rarely articulated leaving one to never be able to gauge what scenario was accurate. true business people managing only a balance sheet rather than a professional services business thus leaving little emphasis on tools needed to compete in the marketplace. To much home grown DIY mentality. If you leave you can never come back....regardless of how well the employee performed.

enjoyable staff and pleasant work environment. Everyone works as a team and do so with positive intent and progression.
