Work is meaningless and often gets killed Creative and strategy is “vanilla” at best Global clients have no power and no marketing experience Leadership is nonexistent Blame and fear culture, your job will be threatened weekly Nothing you do here will prepare you for any other job you may get in the future. This agency gives Michigan a bad name. Most people who have worked on global, had such a bad experiences, they ended up leaving the state of Michigan all together. A lot of people get screwed over by HR when they leave The most unhappy Environment I have ever had the displeasure of working in!
