Pros

Good pay, benefits, and staffing is good.

Cons

The holiday rotation is unfair especially if you’re not considered a “senior” nurse. There’s no rotation so you end up working Christmas, 4th of July etc.. multiple years in a row. You get floated almost every other week sometimes every week because “seniors” don’t have to float. Micromanaging is the worst I’ve ever experienced in the hospital. Favoritism is very obvious

Pros

Fully remote work. Great manager/director, cares for you as a person and not just another number. Self scheduling. Competitive pay. Great coworkers. Schedule works well for my work life balance. A lot of resources offered. Gifts from manager are actually useful. Good communication from our manager/director.

Cons

I have no experiences for cons at my current job.

Pros

Good Benefits. Not bad pay.

Cons

The head security guard has the "it's my way or the highway" and starts yelling when you don't agree with hi. HR and Director really don't care and won't do anything.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of a single pro really besides having mostly good coworkers

Cons

Work life balance is basically non-existent, will hire literally almost anyone because they’re desperate, burnout through the roof, no actual care for non-MDs or RNs, can’t keep staff for anything (thanks terrible pay)
