Pros
Good work life balance with an unbelievable amount of training which is ongoing. Opportunities to specialise in some areas and for promotion. Friendly, family culture that promotes just that to the young people. Dedicated teams that put the young people first in all they do.
Cons
Houses can feel far apart in distance however lots of activities done to bring everyone together.

Good working pattern with 2 days on 4 days off
Cons
Not enough support for staff Not enough practical training or guidance before starting I often felt left in dangerous situation with litte to sometimes zero support.
