Learn about commodities market: I got to majorly work on agri commodities,working closely with our MD. He is the best boss one can have. I had very little knowledge about commodities market, but he helped me understand everything in detail. Study leaves and work from home: I got leaves on time while I was studying for a professional certification. I also got to work from home, given that the work is done in time and is upto the mark. Working as a Research Analyst you get an hands on experience in building demand supply models, writing commodity special reports, Interact with clients, there is no end for learning here and the managers promote it.
Cons
Work culture Some teams have a laid back attitude which cause a delay in some projects. Please get rid of such people because they are creating a ruckus. Salary not on time It is usually delayed upto 10-15 days
