Pros
The atmosphere of the company is the best! The managers are laid-back and flexible. No micro-managers. Colleagues are like family which makes coming to work enjoyable. The work is challenging but rewarding in the end. There is opportunity to grow within the business and they offer to send you to educational courses to better your skill set.
Cons
The work load is a bit much because the company is expanding. Could really use a couple more good hard workers to join the team.
