Pros
An excellent team of great people. A commitment to having the tools needed for the team to function right and get the job done. Serious consideration for personal needs. A CTO with a very approachable and easy to work with personality.
Cons
Big picture direction of commerce guys is lacking, and thus smaller details of keeping a team together and careers progressing get overlooked in favor of how to navigate the disorganization. This has caused some notable turnover in recent history. It can lead to people not feeling safe in their positions, uncertain that they will have a job even the following week, and feeling like they are progressing backwards. I was not alone in this feeling and know other individuals who moved on as well from working here.
