Overall they do try to create a healthy and balanced work environment. They do emphasize to supervisors to watch out for signs of burnout and will do their best to work with employees whenever possible

like every other nonprofit I've ever worked for, it's discouraged to act your wage and highly encouraged to pick up extra hours, help out however necessary etc.
