a lot of them - work culture, office parking, office timings, senior management, not enough salary, leadership, leaves policy, COVID precautions, no worklife balance.
There is a lack of trust and understanding throughout the organization. The senior managers (especially the COO) always abuse and insult the team members. They don't trust us when we request for work from home due to COVID. But made us work overtime (almost 12-16 hours everyday) to achieve their unrealistic deadlines during the lockdown. Now when we ask for work from home they force us to take leave or warn us about firing us. All increments, benefits like flexible work hours - work from home option - leaves etc are only given to some favorite ppl in the company. All the employees of the company (including pregnant women) were forced to come to office immediately after lockdown (the COVID situation was still very bad at that time). What can be more shameful than this?
Recently, the CEO and the COO of the company had COVID but continued to come to office for the whole week and successfully spread the virus to a few of my colleagues and then it got spread to their families and sadly one of the employee lost her father. The management decided to keep this as a secret and the situation has become worse now but still they want us to come to office and work. The management knows that we all need our jobs and cannot take risk by arguing with them for work from home during COVID (coz we are scared for ourselves and our families) hence they force us to come to office and treat us like prisoners. Working for this company is like joing a boarding school.
Sometimes we doubt that if the HR of the company is really qualified. She does not know the 'abcd' of HR. I advice the current employees of the company not to chat with the HR on whatsapp or Teams. She will be very sweet with you while you are talking and later captures all the screenshots of the chat and shares it with the COO (exactly opposite of what a HR should do). Advice to HR - Please do a better job in finding a replacement for yourself.
Lastly, i strongly NOT recommend this company.
Advice to management -
COO - You have to be less egostic and think about all employees instead of just a few of your puppets.
CEO - please make some responsible decisions for your employees.
Senior Managers - please be little less hopeless.
