Pros

Great clients and other employees

Cons

CommArc use to be a great company to work for, but it’s changed since new owners in 2019. Lost its team morale, management don’t communicate and don’t care about employees as everyone can be replaced. Don’t trust them, there are better employers elsewhere that will appreciate what you can offer. Pay also minimal.

Pros

Not a huge company, you can talk to pretty much anyone directly. Good starting salary and independence allowed so you can provide good quality service to the customer without stressing. Parking provided.

Cons

Lack of direction/progress for some roles. Semi-Monthly pay schedule makes managing finances painful for everyone, ie twice a month on the same two dates, not days. Some staff wear too many hats.
