      Perfect work life balance! People are really proactive so thing move really fast.

      Pay is not too good, but people are really friendly.

      They are a caring team and overall good people to work for. I got laid off but enjoyed my time here and learned a lot.

      Pros

      Generous overall pay, and support structure within the company. The company seems to understand that they can learn from their staff no matter their rank and are open to at least listening to and evaluating the opinions of everyone that is a part of the company. I also greatly admired the work and engineering behind this company, and they appear to run a very ethical and honest business for their customers and partners. I tried to go above and beyond while here and consistently be the top sales person and it definitely felt like that was recognized which was nice, although I was laid off quickly in the end as part of a restructuring.

      Cons

      A larger heads up before the restructuring that I was a part of would have been appreciated. A little better reply time from certain managers as well as less being thrown at the wall, because some things were announced and then not followed up with in terms of pay structure and incentives.
