Business outlook

Pros

Health Insurance and retirement (401k), as well as income (above average hourly rate, commission, and quarterly bonuses once you've been with the company for 2-3 years), as well as generous PTO (4 weeks vacation after 4 years of service, as well as 10 days flex time each year for unplanned time off, and all major holidays with the exception of Easter).

Cons

Horrible work ethic although they try to appear like they're a great employer. They don't stand behind their own internal employee policies and they don't honor ADA claims they approve, management and HR provide employees with contradicting info, etc.... Anyone is expendable to them no matter how many awards the employee won, how many promotions they received, etc...
