      latest technologies a lot of innovation lack of bureaucracy parking spot available flexible working arrangements very understanding CEO fruits and coffee provided great place to learn especially to start your career in IT

      Pros

      - Small team offers a lot of responsibility and diverse experience. - Tea, coffee, sweets and fruit provided. - Clean office with heating/cooling. - Occasional lunches provided. - I had the opportunity to also get out of the office and attend trade shows. - Friendly colleagues and boss. - Large variety of projects/client types so the work is always interesting. - Office well located near transport and major shopping centre.

      Cons

      - Parking used to be tough to find but has now improved.

      Latest and greatest tech - interesting to work with, always learning Good office location - drive against traffic, close to beach and microbrewery, four gyms within five minutes, close to Southland Good place to up-skill Fruit, coffee and soft drinks provided

      Cons

      Beer is only provided intermittently
