      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..!

      1. Salary on time. No other pros found.

      Cons

      1. Worst working environment with no employee facilities. Worst for employees and even more worst for freshers. 2. No personal and professional life balance. You will have to sit for more than 12 hours many times 3. No good salary 4. No good hike 5. If you want hike then you have to make bond of 1-1.5 year or even more in some cases 6. Employees are zero valued 7. Unnecessary deductions from salary 8. 3 years of bond for freshers with almost no salary hikes. You will get 2.5LPA in the end of your bond.

      There is no pros in this company honestly I'll warn all you this is not my first company i have much experience in mncs n startup but this was the worst company i have worked till now

      Cons

      Worst management and worst recruitment team they'll inform 1 year commitment after the Client interviews i have experienced these in Comunus twice in last 2 months. Employees are not valued here and waste there career opportunities, even they make you wait for whole day to sign offer and appointment letter. Manger way of talking I haven't experienced this in my whole 11 years of career

      There is no pros of the company.. nothing is good here . Employees are feeling like they are in the jail because of 3 yrs of bond.. Lots of politics They give good opportunities only to Telugu candidate.. Others will get chance into support type of job. This company is good only for the telugu candidate

      They will force you to write good review about company in social platform They change the policy as per their mood You have to stay in bond for 3 years and at the end of third yrs you will get 2 lac per annum
