1. ComTec Information Systems worst & Fake company located at KPHB colony in Hyderabad, 2. This Company was located in Residential area. 3. This is family business. 4. All the 3 partners will treat employee like slaves & animals. 5. While interview they talk very professional after on boarding employee they start showing their attitude. 6. They don’t follow any Labour laws & HR Polices. Even they don’t cover employee insurance once employees join, employee should complete min 3 to 4 months then they will cover the insurance in between anything will happen to the employee then they are not responsible. 7. Even they don’t give employee offer letter, once employee join should beg like beggar, then they will give the offer letter min it will take 3 months to get the offer letter. Once employee will select they will send email rather than soft copy offer letter. Even after sending the offer email at any time they can withdraw employee offer before employee join’s. 8. If employee will come 15 mins late it would be half day leave even employee cant logout 5 mins early that would be half day leave they consider. Once employee joins this guy’s will force to write review. No employee benefits & respect.
