They do not care about their employees; they discriminate; they don't take complaints seriously; they pick favorites; they employee people in high up position that don't do their jobs and therefore negatively effect the employees they "supervise"; they lie to employees and belittle employees; extremely unprofessional; they higher employees stating that travel will be occasional and then expect those employees to travel every week; project management is lacking majorly and never has work for their employees; they fire employees who complain and can't travel out of town with no grounds; they fail to speak with their employees about the work expected each week, only calling on Sunday evenings, if at all, to tell employees where they will be traveling; HR department is a joke and doesn't take complaints seriously; supervisors are allowed to speak to employees however they want to; extremely disrespectful of employees; terrible work environment; if employees are unable to travel every single week for the entire week at a time, they a re ignored by management; you are only treated fairly if you have children -- openly discriminated against when it comes to decision making and assignment of jobs if you don't; "occasional traveling" is a lie; absolutely NO work/life balance unless you are a favorite of managements; company favors supervisors who put their employees in harms way and have multiple complaints about them from their employees; etc.
