      Micromanaging leadership will frustrate you

      None. You're not going to be seeing any growth, there's zero benefit ti being here.

      Cons

      Leadership is controlling, they don't trust employees to do their jobs properly. They monitor your every move, tell you how to do your job even though they have no clue what they're talking about, dismiss feedback and suggestions, require you to go through them for every little things, etc. The constant meddling and monitoring makes it difficult to get anything done on time, and makes your job infinitely more frustrating than it has to be.

      What I value most about working at Collective Alternative is the opportunity to be able to collaborate with other creative individuals as well as helping other people with their businesses. I value the team and the support the provide.

      Cons

      Collective Alternative can improve when it pertains to team development. I feel that all people in all departments should receive honest, constructive feedback in a way that will help the team improve and in a way they feel comfortable coming back and asking for advice, questions, direction, etc.
