      Pros

      Company with a great past (original Subversion sponsor), and pioneer in the DevOps space. Some Silicon legends on staff or board.

      Cons

      Hung up on their great history. Slow to pivot and to truly innovate. Other players in the market (Atlassian, GitHub) already won by far - even on the enterprise. Not much to do really other than simply sell support for legacy technology.

      Positives : Good Company ..Good Facilities, Good Salary, Nice Goodies, nice Infrastructure,Nice entertainment programmes, Nice Food, Good Work Environment, Nice Appraisals

      Cons

      Negatives : Bad Discrimination , either learn Tamil or get lost . Tamil People here have very bad regional feeling. This is right from the Top management.They always command non-tamil people .None of the employees here know Hindi :D Learn Tamil before you join this company.People are not open to help each other.
