Pros

There really isn't too much good to say about a company that treats its employees like work horses, is there? If you like to not think and blindly follow a mediocre management team, this is the company for you!

Cons

Working at Colibri or any of its brands comes with many disappointments. However, I would say the biggest one is the horrendous and abhorrent excuse for a department that is supposed to be responsible for company culture. I have never in my life witnessed such blatant lies and disregard for human-beings. Colirbri will send you to a one-day offsite thats poised as getting to know yourself and your true life's mission. The whole thing was actually pretty cool. You get a little talk and you're feeling pretty good. He tells you that if you ever feel like you're in the wrong place, to let him know and they will work with you and figure it out. It is not until a few years after and witnessing many many things unfold, did I realize what an absolute scam the HR department is. As other reviewers have noted, THIS COMPANY WILL FIRE YOU if you are in with in-crowd. They don't help you with your career, grow you, develop your skill set and profession. THEY JUST FIRE YOU. Unless you consider yourself a "yes man" and are fine going with status quo (even if status quo is driven by horrible decisions), you do not want to work here. Unless you blindly follow middle management, even as they make business ruining decisions and make the daily the jobs of their employees extremely difficult, you will get fired!

Pros

Pay is good, benefits good, good chance to gain experience if you can stomach it

Cons

"Not a bad company if you need experience "(The culture is clicky - If you're not part of the "in" crowd... you're out)!" Offices - jammed like sardines (cubicle on top of cubicle). Its hard to concentrate - they intermingle department cubicles instead of segregating proper departments. Departments who communicate with clients all day are next to Marketing positions who do not. Open the pocket book and move to a bigger building. Also, the ugly loud prison door sound of the main door (click - click), with a long 9 hours at that consolitary confinement cubicle. I also don't believe in the values of a company who's CEO on-boarding Youtube pep-talk ramps your excitement up, only to drop the ugly truth (indirectly) about the company. I was getting excited as he talks about the company, vision and mission; the welcome given to new hires, and how they expect us to make mistakes, and learn from those mistakes and gain expertise. He also stated they give you the tools to succeed (WRONG!- clueless, CEO is in San Fran). It is the total opposite. They set you up to see if you will fail. I guess this is their strategy to determine if you are a success or failure. Mid level management will lie and tell you the company is laid back (WRONG). They are very laid back for mid level managers, but will fire you in a heartbeat. Towards the end of the pep rally (CEO) he says - we do fire people! WHAT DID HE SAY - I thought?. I went back and listened again. I thought in all my years in many positions, including an HR managerial role, I would never say those words to a new hire. You don't enforce termination before a new hire starts the position. They want you to come in looking over your shoulder before you even start. I knew at that point there's something wrong with this company/culture. After working a few weeks I was already looking for another company because of the ugly atmosphere. Many unhappy people - many who would not even say hello. They continued to say they were growing fast, although I noticed there were twice as many people leaving weekly. We received a weekly email welcoming the newbies, and a found farewell to those leaving. There were always 2 to every 1 hired leaving. The last 3 weeks I was there, 6 to 8 employees were leaving weekly (extremely high turnover), and only 2 to 4 were on-boarding. If you enjoy working for a trigger happy (Your Fired!) upper HR who has no clue at what is really going on, then go for it. Needless to say midlevel management is too inexperienced. Also, get an experienced Senior Analytics manager. The current data direction is overkill. 90% is insignificant. I met some nice people - at least a few people who would talk, but most employees were unhappy. If you are a true professional it is highly advisable to pass on this company.

Pros

none Colibri just acquires other companies and does a horrible job of managing them. this is private equity at its worse!

Cons

-They stripped our benefits and tried to present their package as a "great option" -We are the largest company in their ecosystem, constantly turn revenue and they laid off people within months of acquisition. -They waste our time with feel good activities that add no value to my day "Passion and Purpose" DiSC" -They host renewals that will leave you feeling drained and even more dissatisfied with your job -They migrated our computers onto their platform and completely screwed the pooch there. -Jeff James comes off as a complete bigot -C suite has 0 diversity but they love to say how diverse they are -Speaking of diversity they hosted a quick diversity section in a renewal where the presenter had the NERVE to put Black Lives Matter beside MAGA on the same slide! -It is clear they claim all these "feel good" things in their mission but stand by none of them.
