Pros

Nice head office building, great location near motorways and train station.

Cons

The worst culture I have ever seen. Strong silo mentality, extremally political environment. Nothing is done unless you are friends with the right people. Strong hierarchy culture. You only have access to your direct manager as talking to people above your manager is considered as a back stabbing. People are running like crazy with their laptops on hand and stressed at 07.00am pretty much every day.

Pros

You could try your best at this job and don’t get recognised for hard work and efforts. You can’t have a bad day when you’re picking at Coles Parky because they’ll end up pulling you up for it. If you’re sad or depressed you can’t work slow because then they’ll only care about the amount of workload you’re doing.

Cons

when you have one person who is not nice and ruins everything for everyone else. My advice, stand up to bully's
