Sick culture, complete internal chaos

Working from home, good potential to grow given the concept of the business. If managed properly, the company can rapidly grow but Shareholders seemed never had an interest of organising/building a properly functioning company and culture. - above average for Estonia salary
Cons
- Company and leads do not care much about employee feedback; - Complete internal chaos which led to many employees leave; - Eternal miscommunication between teams despite some attempts to overcome it; - Most of the time significant part of the team was getting product launch details/information from Telegram which is an evidence of internal miscommunication; - A project you’d work today could easily be thrown out of the window tomorrow, which is a clear indication of mismanagement and inability of resource planning; - Salary was the only thing you’d get from the company. Do not expect much, maybe equity.
