Pros

Access to the free facilities in the co-working space. Some of the staff are nice and friendly. Snacks in the kitchen & the events.

Cons

At the beginning of my time there, everyone was nice & friendly. I was fed a bunch of lies in my interview in regards to benefits I will receive once I joined. Treated unfairly unless you're part of the management team. Management never want to take the blame for their mistakes. No room for progression. Tasks get thrown at you even though they are aware of the millions of other tasks you have to do! No employee involvement, no culture at all, no direct HR team, toxic working environment staff literally sit at their desks all day stressed and not encouraged to take "sanity breaks". Get pulled into a meeting for a little mistake made which could have been avoided with help from management! Sometimes spoken to in a humiliating manner which came across as bullying. At one point management became too controlling felt like a prisoner.

UPDATE 2 Oct 2019 We would still love to hear from you on this review, so please contact us in order for us to arrange an independent exit interview. ---- Thanks for taking the time to send in a review. Although we are very surprised with some of the comments. Part of the reason for our surprise is the lack of this kind of feedback from you during your tenure and it just doesn’t match with feedback from the rest of our hard working team. We know that professional services is a tough environment mentally and so we invest in having a coach come into our offices every month for 1:1 sessions, available to everyone. . We always advertise our benefits package when posting roles into the job market and these are always confirmed in writing when we go to offer stage. It’s unfair and unkind to say we lied to you. It is disappointing that you say that there is no culture but praise the company events in another comment. We take pride in the way we work culturally and hold regular team events and have a social committee. Both the company and our clients have very high expectations of our people and the quality of work that is produced, and we make no apology for demanding the highest of standards at all times. We can only conclude that this was not the working environment for you, but really do wish you had raised any concerns earlier so that they could have been addressed. It’s very important to us that we get more detail from you. Could you please contact us directly and we will arrange an exit interview via an independent 3rd party where your concerns can be thoroughly exercised to ensure we get it right in the future. We wish you all the best for your future career. Richard Bundock, CEO.

Pros

I've had a great time working at Cohaesus. They like to embrace new technology and have a solid process for delivering projects with modern architectures which means I get to work on interesting stuff.

Cons

Things can change quite quickly which ca make it hard to become expert in a single technology.
