*Great employees; community feel *Decent benefit package (if you're full-time) *Diverse project portfolio

Cons

*Upper management has no regard for employees; high turnover rate *Salary is below industry standard *No opportunities to move up *Early/late conference calls *Unpaid overtime

Unique philosophy, challenging personalities

Pros

-Chance to learn, be in a unique field -Very interesting products -Company had great growth potential when I was there

Cons

-Definitely an "in-crowd" for many of the Executives who were from Northwestern University, Hard to get into that group if you weren't from there, often looked down upon -Company founder while brilliant, is reactive and often rude and obnoxious
