      Pros

      Pros: -Great executive team: incredibly smart, motivated, and transparent -Hi-tech: we use the latest software and opportunities to enable a comfortable and efficient working environment - Time set aside for team bonding: every Friday and every quarter there is time set aside for team activities. Great focus on work/life balance and pursuing personal passions.

      Cons: - Not able to work remotely - Teams in different time zones can be a challenge to schedule

      Cofactor Genomics is a great employer providing competitive benefits and opportunities to grow. -Great people to work. Employees are highly educated or experienced and take pride in their work -Good work culture and work/life balance -Cofactor is developing technology based on proven success in a highly technical field giving employees the opportunity to be apart of something both unique and cutting edge

      Pros

      The team at Cofactor is amazing. Lots of smart, fun people with different backgrounds working together. The company isn't afraid to tackle big, important scientific challenges. The leadership seems to genuinely care about the employees. Cofactor has a fast-paced, start up feel, but still allows good work-life balance.

      Cons

      With employees working together closely sometimes being at multiple locations, effective communication can be tricky at times.
