Timely salary payments. Opportunity to learn under pressure. Initial onboarding was smooth.
Cons
Extremely poor work culture with lack of professionalism. Toxic environment with no respect for employees. No proper work-life balance – long and irregular working hours. Management is unapproachable and uncooperative. No learning or career growth opportunities. Unclear job roles and frequent last-minute changes.
