However, in my experience, the management and internal policies need significant improvement. The management approach often feels unstructured and unprofessional. Investment in employee growth and well-being appears to nothing.
Salary delays have been a recurring issue, and their is no company policies regarding employee benefits. Late working hours were common, while salaries were delayed. They will cut their salaries on late arrival even 5 minutes, but never pay you extra if you sit for extra 5 minute. You will get to know after the month that how much money has been deducted.
Another concern is the way employee exits are handled. Several colleagues who completed their full notice period were still waiting for their final month’s salary 4 months after leaving. Because of this, some employees choose to leave without serving notice once they receive their monthly payment.
The company has also gone through multiple rounds of layoffs. Last year, more than 20 employees were laid off with around 15 days’ notice, and more recently around 15 employees were laid off with one hour of short notice. Situations like this have created uncertainty for the employees.
Everyone’s experience may differ, but based on what I observed, the company would benefit from stronger management practices, better employee policies, and a more stable work environment.
